This is a story about love, family, and happy beginnings. You might be wondering about the purpose of all this. To be honest, I don’t know. At the time it sounded like a good idea to write on my finger tips and it snowballed into this story. I guess the purpose is fun and doing things like this does wonders for creativity!
Ms. Index met Mr. Middles in late October under the Space Needle. It was the perfect day to meet a mate.
They fell passionately in love, eating dinners by the waterfalls, going to the zoo to see animals roam free, as well as enjoyed long walks on the beach.
Pretty soon Ms. Index found herself pregnant. Their first child was quite the shocker. The couple decided to make it official and became Mr. and Mrs. Middles.
Several years pass. They are now a family of four. Their first child grew up to be an angst-ridden and rebellious teenager whose only friend called her “The Ring.” The newest member of the family is Pinky, he likes polka dots and refrigerators.

Branches catch the drops.
As well as windows.
The leaves morph colors and some look as if they’re on fire,
while some look magnificent and relaxed in yellow, like a watercolor painting.
The wind also begins to make it’s presence well known. Blowing sail boats dangerously close to the water.
The war between the sun and dark nimbus clouds never seem to end. Yet when the sun wins, hidden prizes like fluffy bears and a hungry man appear in clouds (do you see it?).
Best of all, is that the cutest rain coats come out to play.
After one of our weekend adventures–this time walking around downtown Seattle and hopping on the Monorail to the EMP–NJ, my 8 year old nephew and I walked into a mall and discovered, to our surprise a fashion show full of whimsy! It was a show to promote the stores in the mall. My favorites are of the guy minus a shirt plus a skirt and the woman in the purple gown next to the penguin. I think I’ll make a mask of my own!
